Payment methods, pricing, and refunds
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Refunds depend on when you cancel (before the scheduled start time):
• More than 14 days before: 100% refund
• From 14 days up to 3 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before: No refund
• No-show: No refund

TravelPhotoMatch includes a platform fee to cover secure payments, customer support, and platform operations.
The exact breakdown is shown clearly at checkout and in your booking details.
Photographers receive the session payout according to the platform’s commission structure for the specific booking.
