When do I pay?
Payment is made after the photographer accepts your booking request. Your payment is held securely until after your session.
What if I need to cancel?
Check our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund.
How do I receive my photos?
Photographers upload photos to your private gallery within 7-14 days after the session. You can download them directly.
How do photographers get paid?
Payment is released to photographers 24 hours after the session completion and photo delivery.
